- The Purchase Order must include the following items:
- Part Numbers and descriptions of items being ordered.
- Quantities for items being ordered.
- Ship to and Bill to addresses.
- UPS account number if order is to be shipped under your account.
- Method of shipment - UPS Red, UPS Blue or UPS Ground. All shipments are by UPS only.
- Payment methods are as follows:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Cards.
- COD
- Compay Checks. Funds must clear before order will ship.
